Usadba Moscow Residences CEO Yevgeny Ivanov addressed the audience with an extensive report on megaprojects in the field of out-of-town real estate. He spoke about the history of megaprojects, their share in the market, and their current condition. He also touched upon the issues of megaprojects’ participation in the national Affordable Housing Program and gave 2 specific examples of that. Mr. Ivanov detailed all the competitive merits of megaprojects in real estate market as well as the specifics of putting megaprojects on the market as compared to regular cottage settlements. In the course of his presentation, Mr. Ivanov brought to the limelight a series of specific projects, among which there were some of the ones announced by the developers as well as those that had been out on the market for some time and had been in the active construction stage.
