There will be a lot of significant people taking part in the opening ceremony. Among them there will be Ilse Liepa, Tatyana Kurbatskaya, many well-known politicians and businessmen, show business celebrities, Usadba Moscow Residences clients, and other permanent residents of Roublyovka. A world famous ballet celebrity Andris Liepa will be conducting the opening ceremony. After the official opening part with greetings from the event organizers and the ceremonial cutting of the ribbon the guests will be welcome to new generation fitness, ballet classes, and Anna and Anatoly Nezhny’s personal exhibition named Russian Seasons of XXI, and a fairylike Andris Liepa’s performance. To crown it all, everyone will be welcome to a gorgeous perpendicular held with traditional generosity and hospitability of Mario’s. For desert there will be a legendary Anna Pavlova cake, prepared according to the secret recipe of the chefs of Tatyana Kurbatskaya’s restaurant. Time & Date: 4 pm, September 16, 2007

Usadba Moscow Residences is an official partner of the ceremony, which will be held in the best world film festival opening traditions. The guests will be treated to Veuve Clicquot and light snacks, welcome to taking pictures with the press-wall as a background, a voluntary Cadillac test-drive that will result in a special prize being presented to the winner during the further celebration.
