02.2000 – “Usadba” was founded as a real estate agency specializing in selling elite property in the prestigious district of Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway. Today “Usadba” is one of the leading companies in this area. At the same time we started letting cottages. “Usadba” is a family country estate with a long history. The company name “Usadba” (“The Estate”) reflects the combination of two trends that make our position on the market so special: country estates are the longest-standing as well as the elitist part of the property market. 08.2000 – Extending the field of work to include the private and most prestigious cottage residential area of Serebryany Bor. At the moment our agency controls 90 % of open sales in this area. 04.2002 – Opening a new “Usadba” office in Krylatskoe. 10.2003 – Beginning to sell country cottages and land plots in the districts of Kaluzhskoe highway in order to cover the entire VIP segment of housing market. 02.2004 – Establishing a new branch for elite apartment sales, having received the status of one of the leading companies in the segment of elite property in the district of Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway. 10.2004 – Opening a new “Usadba” office in the heart of Moscow (“Alexander House” Business Centre in Yakimanka). 05.2005 – Establishing a new branch of investment consulting. 08.2005 – Organizing a new department for elite renting as the finishing touch in forming a company that provides a full range of services in the elite real estate market in Moscow and Moscow region. 09.2006 - Agency re-branding 10.2006 - Opening a new out of Moscow Usadba office in Zhukovka in the district of Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway |
